Time to Get Tough. Yes You Can.

Been thinking about problems. Mistakes made. It's been a roller coaster ride. Not meeting every one's needs. Great Expectations and few results. Aaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhh. This road of self doubt. Self smack around.

Fear, insecurity can lead to self attack. Its like a war in your mind. The Allies, rally the troops, get together and fight for right. Your right. The right way to be. The "is what it is" part of you. The look forward, never forget, leave the weight behind You.

Then there's The Axis. The tormentors. The think brigades. Carrying Heavy weapons of mental and spiritual chaos. Following the unmapped mind across perceived terrains...That always got to be difficult. Treacherous. Foreboding. The wrong eye filters. The improper processing of the real. Manifesting as YOUR IDEA of YOU, the wrong You.

One thing about any war. Got to be prepared. Must possess the fighting spirit. The confidence in your mission. The body must be strong. The mind must be clear and the spirit must stay connected.

In the morning, Just give thanks for the initial wake up breath. Respect your senses. Take a few minutes to praise those you love. Praise your higher awareness. Feel the life energy, giving animation to the brilliant, complex, and gifted body born of this earth. Say Yes You Can cause
you can make a difference. Let the good thoughts through and be considerate of your difficulties.

Know that your breath guides you. So breath with every move you make. Do a Day Just Feel Your Breath. Watch your fellow person breath.

Plan for the best.

Be tough for the worst.

Get your body in shape. Stretch feet, legs, hips, back, chest, arms, neck, and head. Strengthen you bones, nerves, ligaments, and tendons. Exercise your muscles. Cleanse your heart, lungs, liver, blood, stomach, kidneys, liver, intestines, ovaries, & balls.

Make Love b/c Love is always Good.

Keep your eye on the Rise. Your head up high.

Work through your difficulties.

In evening, give thanks for a day to the Good Nite. Rest your head with clear mind. Sit and meditate. Let thoughts drift, not dictate or agitate. Just a Thought. Not a raging analysis.

The past can never be changed, the Present is NOW, and the Future is yours to dream & live.

Be in the NOW as NOW you are.
